These terms govern use of the MadeEasy website, assessments, coaching plans and related services.

MadeEasy provides fitness assessments, exercise coaching, lifestyle guidance, progress tracking and related support. These services are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care.

Clients must provide accurate information about medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, allergies and other relevant concerns before beginning a program.

A selected plan remains subject to assessment findings, coach availability, location and suitability. MadeEasy may recommend a different plan when appropriate.

Fees, session frequency, payment schedules and inclusions are communicated before enrollment. A plan begins after the required payment or advance is received.

Rescheduling depends on the selected plan, advance notice and coach availability. Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be treated as completed sessions.

Results vary between individuals. MadeEasy does not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, body measurements, timelines or health outcomes.

Clients must stop exercise and inform the coach if they experience unusual pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or discomfort. Medical clearance may be requested where necessary.

Website content is provided for general information. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or copy proprietary content without permission.
